These Firehawks were performance-built machines produced by SLP, like a Camaro SS of the day. SLP took Firebird Formulas from Pontiac and added a lightweight RTM composite hood with functional cold air induction, high flow filter, 17×9” aluminum alloy wheels, Mobil 1 engine and rear axle lubricant, Sport exhaust, Firehawk floor mats, and an interior commemorative plaque with Build Number. This was a $7,193 package on top of the Firebirds price of $23,507. Giving us a $30,700 car in 1995! This awesome bird was top of the line for 1995, and not often seen! This car is one of only 743 Firehawks produced for 1995, with its production number being #0423, which is noted on the console with a plaque. When you tie in the #81- bright Red paint, the #122 Graphite leather, and the manual 6 speed transmission you are down into the low hundreds of these cars produced! SLP took performance very seriously and its upgrades allowed this LT1 to produce 300 HP. This Car has been cared for very well and has always been known as a collector car. The miles of this car really tells its story with a low 52,000 miles, it is clear that this car was one that was used as a nice weather only car!
